campbell cakes {& coffee...}

Campbell cakes began when I was about ...oh well, before I was born. My dad, Steve Campbell, was always baking...from fresh Portuguese sweet bread, to popovers, brownies, cinnomon rolls and the campfire pineapple upside down cake baked right on the coals in a dutch oven. But the most famous of my dad's cakes were his Christmas bundt cakes. A perfectly wrapped mini bundt, personal sized, lusciously decadent chocolate chocolate chip cake delivered during the holiday season in festive bags with a note from the Campbells.

In that same tradition of bringing joy in a simply packaged, perfectly sized treat, Camppbell Cakes was opened. You can walk in the shop and find the same famous chocolate chocolate chip bundt cakes that Steve Campbell bakes. The same variety of which, at Christmas time, he bakes hundreds of to deliver to everyone from the rubbish man, to the family, to all the employees of his favorite lumber yard. Along with the star cake, you'll find banana walnut bundts, carrot bundts, lemon bundts, drunken bundts, brown sugar brownies, quiches, 100% Kona coffee, and a comfy hangout complete with sink-in couches and a pretty extensive libaray.  In the spirit of the Campbells, we hope you delight in our cakes and enjoy the company.
